Privacy Policy

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, area of interest, and your message. You can also add your company name, but that field is optional. To submit the form, you tick a consent checkbox confirming you agree to be contacted about your inquiry.

When you use our AI Concierge chat, we collect the messages you type so the assistant can reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.

We also collect basic technical data, such as your IP address and request metadata. We use this only for security and to limit abuse of the site.

We use the details from your contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and follow up with you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use the messages you send in the AI Concierge to generate replies during your conversation. We use technical data only to keep the site secure and to apply rate limits that protect the service.

The AI Concierge is a chat assistant on our site. The messages you type are sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic, so it can generate a reply. We ask that you do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.

The chat is rate-limited to prevent abuse, and chat transcripts are not used to train AI models. The Concierge can be inaccurate, so please confirm anything important with a person on our team.

To run the site, we rely on a small set of trusted service providers (also called subprocessors). We share data with them only to operate the site. They are: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (the database that stores contact submissions), Resend (sends us email notifications when a new inquiry arrives), Anthropic (powers the AI Concierge), Upstash (rate limiting), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).

We share your data only with the service providers listed above, and only so they can help us run the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We keep contact submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our business records. If you would like us to delete your information, just email hello@struxture.co and we will take care of it.

Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We follow least-privilege access, meaning only the access that is needed is granted, and our database is locked down by default. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@struxture.co and we will respond.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is aggregate and cookieless. It gives us general page statistics without using advertising cookies, tracking you across other sites, or selling your data.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
